Coach travel will be approximately £20.00

Long Melford branch endeavours to run coaches to as many away matches as possible. Away match coaches are self-funding and not funded from general branch funds. Thus coaches are priced based on the cost of the coach hire and other costs divided by the number of passengers. To keep costs reasonable we need sufficient passengers for each coach. So please seriously consider travelling with us, we offer more pleasant, personal and fun travel to away matches as an alternative to the official travel.

You will find details at the top of this page of the matches we intend to run coaches to. Please let us know as early as possible if you are interested in travelling with us. 

If you require match tickets you must notify us. If you do not require match tickets but still wish to travel on the coach we would appreciate it if you could still let us know as soon as possible so we have a clear indication of numbers.

We will accept requests for coach travel only up until 3 days before the match but you must contact us to ensure there are seats available on the coach. 

Cancellations

If you have booked match tickets and subsequently find you no longer require them you MUST let us know at least 1 week before the match. After this date tickets will have been paid for and you will be expected to pay for them. This also applies to cancellations on the day of travel for whatever reason. Please note it is not the responsibility of the branch to find replacements or arrange refunds from the ticket office.
